Welcome to this website, which offers download of sundial-software for Windows (up to Windows 11).

These programs are gratis full versions and can be used for free (Freeware). They run on hard disks and USB-sticks as well. Menu languages are English and German. A mouse click on the flag (on the top of the page) selects the language.

Software SONNE (and ALEMMA) construct more than 25 different sundial types. The results are displayed on screen and can be printed or saved as dxf-files for further development. Additionally, SONNE calculates a variety of sun positions (such as sun declination, time of true noon, rise/set, equation of time, diagrams of annual sun positions, local horizon profiles, …). Tables and diagrams displayed can be printed or saved as needed.
